2. Visiting this website

Technical connection data are processed to deliver this website, maintain its security and investigate errors. These may include your IP address, request time, requested resources, response status, referrer and browser information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is providing a reliable and secure website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted using Vercel. Vercel and its authorised service providers process technical data required to deliver and secure the website. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Information about Vercel's processing, recipients and transfer safeguards is available in its Privacy Notice.

4. Contacting LDT INC

When you contact us by email, we process your contact details, message and information you choose to provide to respond and discuss your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a potential contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other professional correspondence, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Email is provided using United Domains infrastructure. The provider processes correspondence and connection data as necessary to deliver the service. This website contains no contact form.

5. Browser storage and external services

The interactive navigation uses session storage in your browser to preserve navigation state while you move between pages. Entries are removed during navigation or when the browser session ends. This is necessary to provide the requested navigation and is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The “Another Perspective” archive loads fonts from Google Fonts. When that page is opened, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits technical connection data. This serves the legitimate interest in presenting the archived design faithfully under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The main website serves its fonts locally.

The website includes a link to LinkedIn. Data are not sent to LinkedIn merely by displaying this link. If you follow it, LinkedIn's own privacy information applies.

6. Retention

Enquiry data are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where statutory retention duties apply, relevant records are retained for the applicable legal period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Records may also be retained where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary. Without the details needed to understand your request, we may be unable to respond.
